Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
3 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon white sugar
1 1/4 cups milk
1 egg
3 tablespoons butter, melted
For decoration:
strawberries
mini chocolate chips
big chocolate chips (or blueberries)
whipped cream (or Greek yogurt)
pretzels (optional), for arms
Directions:
In a large bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Make a well in the center and pour in the milk, egg and melted butter; mix until smooth.
Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake. Brown on both sides.
Transfer two pancakes to a plate and decorate. Spread a thin layer of whipped cream or Greek yogurt on the top of your snowman. Add blueberries or mini chocolate chips for buttons, big chocolate chips for the eyes and a chocolate syrup smile. Add a sliced strawberry as a hat.

Cut strawberries and arrange them on about 1/3 of the top space for the hat.
Pipe whipped cream to make beard and brim.

Christmas Tree Pancake Stacks
Ingredients:
20g butter, melted
1 cup self-raising flour
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
1½ tablespoons caster sugar
¾ cup milk
1 egg
green food coloring gel
To decorate: icing sugar, mini M&Ms, star sprinkles, gold card, skewers or toothpicks
Directions:
Trace a star shaped cookie cutter and cut out. Tape to a skewer or toothpick and set aside.
In a medium size mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter, flour, salt, sugar, bicarbonate of soda, milk and egg until smooth.
Add a few drops of green food coloring. Mix thoroughly.
Heat a large frying pan to a medium heat. Spray a cooking oil and pour the pancake mix to create different sized circular shapes from small to large. Wait for bubbles to appear and flip over to cook the other side. Transfer to a plate lined with paper towel.
On a plate, stack the pancakes to create a Christmas tree.
Dust lightly with icing sugar and decorate with M&Ms and sprinkles.

Rudolph Pancakes
Use your favorite recipe to make the pancakes. For the decoration you will need:
1 banana, sliced
raspberries
blueberries
mulberries
Instructions:
Prepare the pancake mix.
Heat a little oil in a large non-stick frying pan over medium heat.
Make 4 large pancakes and 4 smaller pancakes. Use about 4 tablespoons of batter for the large pancakes and 3 tablespoons of batter for the smaller pancakes. Cook until golden on each side.
Make 8 small teardrop-shaped pancakes for Rudolph’s ears.
To arrange Rudolph, divide the large pancakes between 4 plates. Place a smaller pancake on top. Position ears on each.

Instructions:
