DIY Washi tape Christmas trees
Materials:
- washi tape
- 3 paper mache cones in 3 sizes
- white paint (spray paint)
- scissors
Instructions:
Paint your paper mache cones white. Let them dry.
Apply the washi tape starting at the top point of the cone and go straight down. Tear or cut the excess tape or wrap it around and press it to the inside of the cone.
Continue applying the washi tape until your cone is completely covered.
Simple Washi Tape Christmas Trees Garland
Materials:
- Cereal box (cardboard)
- Washi tape
- paper punch
- Thread
- Scissors
- Ruler
- Pencil
Instructions:
Trim the cereal box so you have a good-sized piece of cardboard without any folds.
Stick pieces of washi tape onto the back of the cereal packet in vertical strips. Continue sticking on the tape until the cardboard is covered.
Draw triangles on the rear of the card before cutting it out.
Punch a hole in the top of the tree and thread some string.

- Red and Green Cardstock

Instructions:
Draw a bauble and an additional circle with a smaller diameter.
Cover the smaller circle with washi tape.
Fold the tape to the back of the circle.
Using a glue stick cover the rear of the small circle, turn over and place centrally on the bauble.
Finally, add the cord.

Instructions:
Place the washi tape on the ornament vertically and slowly work your way around it so that is goes on evenly.
Once you have your washi applied to the ornament, you can attach your twine or ribbon.

Materials:
- washi tape
- thin white printer paper
- scissors:
Instructions:
Apply strips of washi tape to one side of a plain white piece of paper.
Once you fill up about 3/4 of the paper, peel it off your working surface, flip it over and apply washi tape to the other side as well.
Cut the strips out.
Once you have cut all the strips, cut them in half. Then start gluing the strips together in rings, just like the old construction paper chains.
Keep on until you have the desired length.
