This may be true, but it's definitely not the case when talking about spiral cactus. With the right spiral cactus care, it will grow exceptionally fast, and its height can basically reach 6–13 feet. Location and climate As an exotic plant, the spiral cactus likes warm environments and has difficulty tolerating cold. In very harsh conditions, it will die.
