Conversation Hearts Valentines Day Decor – Candy Heart Wreath
Materials:
- Heart-shaped foam form
- Conversation hearts candy
- Hot glue gun
- Ribbon
Directions:
Add a drop of hot glue to the back of a candy heart and press it gently onto the foam wreath.
Continue until you’ve covered the front (and back) of the wreath completely.
When you cover the form, loop a piece of sparkly ribbon through the heart, tie it off and hang on the door or wall.
DIY Valentine Day Conversation Heart Centerpieces
Materials:
- Foam cones
- conversation heart candies
- Hot glue
- Ribbon
Directions:
Beginning at the bottom, hot glue conversation heart candies to a foam cone. Alternate the direction of the hearts, point facing down and then up, so they fit close together and hide most of the cone.
Continue, working your way up the cone.
Once the cone is completely covered with hearts, tie a bow using and hot glue it to the top.
To make cones of different sizes, use a serrated knife to trim the foam, cutting from the bottom.

Materials:
- conversation heart candies
- glass candle holders or mason jars
- White votive candles
- Brown and red raffia
Directions:
Pour conversation hearts candy into your glass candle holders until they are about halfway full.
Place a candle on top of the conversation hearts, then add more candy around the sides leaving at least half of the candle exposed.
Tie a piece of red or brown raffia in a bow around the candle holder and decorate with crystals, heart charms, etc.

- Conversation hearts candy
- Craft sticks
- White craft paint
- Scissors
- Paint brush
Directions:
Glue together the craft sticks into a square shape with the craft sticks being doubled on each side to make a frame.
Paint the frame white with white craft paint and let dry.
