- 2 pinches of dried oregano

Preheat the oven to 175°C/350F. Oil the bottom of a baking dish. Next, wash and peel the sweet potatoes. Cut them into medium sized pieces. Then, place them in the dish and turn them so that they are covered with olive oil. Sprinkle with oregano, salt and pepper. Bake in preheated oven for 60 minutes.
