- Cushion cover
- Fabric scraps
- Hot glue gun
- Heart ribbon
Instructions:
Cut a heart shape from a piece of card board.
Outline the shape on the fabric and cut it out.
Stick your heart on to your DIY cushion cover and allow it to dry.
Use ribbon to decorate the heart and the rest of the cushion.

Instructions:
Lightly draw a grid with a pencil on the canvas pillow.

Instructions:
Draw a heart in pencil onto the pillow fabric.

No-Sew Burlap Valentine Heart Pillow
Materials:
- pillow cover
- burlap hearts
- a pillow insert
- hot glue gun
Instructions:
Take your pillow cover and insert your pillow.
Place the hearts on the pillow with about a 2 inch (5 cm) margin on the side and a 2.5 (6 cm) inch margin on the top and bottom.
Using the hot glue gun, outline the back of each heart with hot glue and then place the heart on the pillow, pressing down for a minute.
Repeat until you fix all the hearts.

Instructions:
Print out large and extra large hearts on paper and cut out your templates.
Iron the Wonder Under to the back side of your fabrics and let it cool.
Trace both hearts on the paper side of your fabrics and cut out. Peel off the backing paper.
At your ironing board, press your pillow cover. Place your hearts where you want them on the pillow cover and press well. Make sure all the edges are secure.

Materials:
- An assortment of felt in the desired shades
- A solid colored canvas pillow cover
- Washable fabric glue
- Scissors
- A piece of cardboard as large as the pillow cover
Instructions:
Cut the felt into long strips and then into small confetti sized pieces.
Prepare a stencil by drawing a heart shape on the piece of cardboard and cutting it out.
Position your stencil over the pillow cover.
Working in small batches, begin covering a small section of the pillow with your fabric glue and then press on your confetti in a random pattern.
Once the first section of glue is covered, continue working your way around the heart stencil adding glue and then covering with the felt confetti
Once you are finished, remove the cardboard and use the glue to fill in any blank spots.
Let the glue dry.
Optionally, you can cut extra strips of the felt and glue them around the border of the pillow case for an extra pop of color
DIY No Sew Pom-Pom Heart Pillow for Valentine’s Day
Materials:
- White pillow
- Red Yarn
- Pom-Pom Maker
- Red Fabric Paint
- Paint Brush
- Scissors
- Pencil
- Thread
- Sewing Needle
- Sewing Pins
- Tape Measure
- Fabric Glue or Hot Glue Gun
Instructions:
Use the pencil to draw a large heart shape onto your pillow.
Paint a heart with the red fabric paint and leave it aside until paint is dry.
Use your pom-pom maker, create enough pom-poms to cover your entire heart shape.

Materials:
- Linen pillow cover
- Pom poms in different colors
- Posterboard or cardboard
- Pencil
- Hot glue gun
Instructions:
Make a heart template out of posterboard or cardboard.
Lay your pillow cover flat and trace the template with a pencil.
Carefully hot glue your pom poms over your tracing.
Add two more heart lines within the first one.

Materials:
- fabric (two 18”/45cm squares)
- thread to match fabric
- stuffing
- pins

Instructions:
Make a template for the pillow by folding a piece of paper in half and cutting out a 14 x 14 inches (35×35 cm) heart shape.
Stack the two pieces of fabric
Pin the heart template to the two layers of fabric.
Cut around the template, leaving a 1/2 inch (1.2 cm) seam allowance.
Unpin, remove template, and re-pin the pieces of fabric together.
Stitch around the edges with a 1/2 (1,2 cm) inch seam allowance, leaving a 3 inch (7-8 cm) opening.
Clip into seam allowance along the curves to ease turning.
Turn the pillow right side out and stuff, working with small pieces so that the stuffing is free of lumps.
Slip-stitch the open edge.
DIY Valentine’s Day Heart Pocket Pillow
Materials:
- 2 pieces of square fabric cut out 12 by 12 inches (30×30 cm)
- Stuffing
- Embroidery thread and felt
Instructions:
Start by cutting a felt heart.
Place your heart applique on one of the fabrics.
Make a little balloon string stich with embroidery thread.
After sewing down the heart applique to the front of the pillow, place the right sides of the fabric pieces together. Sew all four side and leave about an 8 inch (20 cm) opening for the stuffing.
Then turn inside out and iron flat. Make sure to also iron flat the fabric at the opening so you’ll get a clean edge when you top stitch the opening shut.
Insert the stuffing and stich the opening together with a sewing machine or by hand with a needle and thread.
