All sizes of old gift boxes, a few ribbons, flowers, pine cones, vases, candy canes and branches of pine, Christmas ornaments and little drawings of our children – these are just a few ideas. A silver, golden or red sprays and some glittering powder would be most effective.
Take a large glass bowl, a vase or some empty jars and fill them up with large green, red and silver ornaments. Add a few small pine cones or coloured candy canes into the bowl and the jars. Gift wrap your old boxes in Christmas colours. Place them one over another in a pile, add a ribbon and you will have a sensational centerpiece. Cut a few twigs of pine tree, place them in your biggest platter, add some flowers, Christmas bells, and a few strings of bast and you will be amazed with the result.
