Ingredients:
- 1 head of cauliflower, divided into florets
- 3 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 120 grams of breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp each paprika powder and dried oregano
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 220C degrees and line a baking tray with baking paper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs and spices.
- Dip the cauliflower florets one at a time into the egg mixture, then into the breadcrumbs and place on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes until golden brown.

Instructions:
- Cut the cauliflower lengthwise through the center into 4cm thick slices.
