This 2024 NYE charcuterie board idea looks pretty amazing, right? The key to the best charcuterie board is always in the quality of the products you are going to use, and of course, the manner in which you will spread them. Depending on how many guests you are inviting and on how much of this charcuterie board do you want to enjoy, you can add to the quantities of the foods listed below. The ones that are given should be enough for serving 10 people.
Ingredients:
- 12 oz/339 gr Italian Dry Salami
- 4 oz/113 gr Sopressata Salami
- 4 oz/113 gr Calabrese Salami
- 6 oz/160 gr young manchego, sliced
- 6 oz/160 gr monterey jack, cubed
- 6 oz/170 gr mild cheddar, cubed
- 8 oz/200 gr green grapes
- 8 oz/200 gr dark purple grapes
- 4 oz/96 gr strawberries
- 4 oz/115 gr chocolate kisses
- 4 oz/86.5 gr Castelvetrano olives
- A pack of star crackers
- Rosemary sprigs, for garnish
Preparation:
- Start by shaping the Calabrese Salami and Sopressata Salami into two “2s”.
- Then shape the mild cheddar into a “0”, and the monterey jack cheese into a “4”.
- In between the “2” and the “0” and the “2” and the “4”, place triangles of young manchego to simulate fireworks.
- Add a ramekin filled with Castelvetrano olives and another ramekin filled with chocolate kisses to each side of the board.
- To achieve the authentic charcuterie board, you will need to fill the empty spaces with produce. Add the green and purple grapes, and the strawberries.
- Add the star crackers.
