  • 1 cup/ 152 ml Baileys Irish Cream
  • 1 cup/ 227 ml vanilla vodka
  • 2 tbsp. chocolate syrup
  • 1 1/2 cups/ 360 gr thickened cream
  • Dutch-processed cocoa to garnish

  • 8 swizzle sticks


To make the Baileys cream and egg Easter cocktail, first thread each of the chocolate eggs onto the swizzle sticks. On a small plate, drizzle some chocolate syrup. Dip the rims of 8 glasses in the syrup. Set aside. In a cocktail shaker, pour half of the Baileys Irish Cream, vodka and thickened cream. Then fill with ice.
