Ingredients for 2 pizza toasts:
- 2 slices of bread of your choice
- 20 grams of tomato sauce
- 30-40 grams of hot pepperoni
- 60 grams mozzarella or parmesan, grated
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 180 C degrees and line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Spread the slices of bread with tomato sauce and distribute the pepperoni on top.
- Sprinkle with mozzarella and bake for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.

Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 slices of good quality sourdough bread
- 40 grams butter, at room temperature
- 1-2 fresh tomatoes, sliced
- 100 grams of marinara sauce
- 120 grams of fresh burrata cheese
- 1 tbsp truffle or olive oil
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
- Freshly grated parmesan to taste
- salt and pepper
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 190 C degrees and butter the bread slices on both sides.
- Drizzle bread slices with truffle oil and then toast in a pan for 3-4 minutes per side or until golden brown.
- Season tomatoes with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- Cut the burrata into pieces and put them on the bread.
- Place tomatoes on top and bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Meanwhile, heat the marinara sauce in the microwave.
