Ingredients
- 2 bags of frozen raspberries
- 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice
- a packet of unflavored gelatin

Raspberry Mousse Preparation – Directions
Step One
Leave ¼ cup of water into a bowl and put gelatin on the top. Leave the mix to soften.
Step Two
Mash raspberries and then strain them into another cup or bowl in order to eliminate the seeds. This will be around 1 ⅔ cups of purée. Next, add lemon juice and sugar. Make sure that the sugar is dissolved.
