Well, it’s actually a lymphatic massage (lymphatic drainage). It increases blood flow in the face and circulation and relieves tension in the muscles and can move stagnant lymph and thus make you feel more relaxed. Anti-wrinkle facial massage tutorial

If you already have a roller, great! Just follow the steps and you will start seeing results very quickly! Here’s how to do an anti-aging facial massage:
- Wash your face with your favorite cleansing gel. You need to scrape off the dirt from the day or the oils accumulated overnight and start with a fresh, blank canvas.
- Apply the serum without putting on any face cream. I personally recommend using a hyaluronic acid serum, which will reduce fine lines and wrinkles and make your face glow. If you have dark spots, then a vitamin C serum is necessary. Retinol is also wonderful, but some sensitive skin types cannot tolerate frequent use.
- After applying the serum, apply the face cream.
- Look at your forehead. You have to go up. Gently and slowly push up to the top of your forehead and into your scalp. Repeat this five to six times, being careful not to apply unnecessary pressure, as this can irritate very sensitive skin.
- Next, pinch your eyebrows using your thumb and index finger at the inner edge. Do this five or six times, moving your fingers along your eyebrows to the outer edge.
- Then, you will have to gently massage your temples.
- Be sure to slide your fingertips from your temples to the sides of your face, toward your neck. This will help move stagnant fluids and aid lymphatic drainage.
- Next, you will need to gently massage your jawline using circular motions with your index and ring fingers.
- Use your index and left middle finger. Place your index finger just above your upper lip and your middle finger just below your lower lip and simultaneously pull your fingers towards your ear. Repeat the process with your right hand.
- Finally, place your hands palms down on your chest. Starting with one hand, slide the hand down your chest and neck, toward your chin. Repeat with the other hand when you’re done.
