Shimmery Pink Baileys Strawberries and Cream Cocktail

baileys strawberries and cream cocktail summer recipe

I mean, Baileys strawberries and cream is good on its own. I often enjoy a small glass after a long day of work during summer. But making a cocktail with it? All the better if you ask me. And one that actually sparkles! Don’t worry, this recipe includes edible glitter (also known as lustre dust) which is safe to consume, and it makes your drink look even more appealing. Let’s now make a shimmery pink Baileys strawberries and cream cocktail!

  • 1/2 cup/125 gr ginger ale
  • 1/2 cup/120 gr white chocolate syrup
  • 1/3 cup/82 gr Bailey’s strawberries and cream
  • 1/2 tsp. of pink lustre dust powder
  • 1 drop strawberry flavour
  • drink layering tool

To garnish:

  • strawberries
  • white chocolate syrup

How to make it?

In a glass, mix the ginger ale with the white chocolate syrup. Set it aside. Then drop the pink lustre dust at the bottom of a tall glass. Pour the ginger ale and white chocolate syrup mix in the tall glass and stir. Now place the drink layering tool on top of the cocktail mix and pour the Bailey’s strawberry and cream. Allow it to trickle down as it settles on top of the pink, shimmering layer. Dip the strawberries in the white chocolate syrup. Garnish the shimmering pink cocktail with them. Serve.
