Easy and delicious Air fryer recipes – Zucchini Fries
2 zucchinis cut into 1/2 inch x 3 inch (1 cm x 8 cm) matchsticks
½ cup all purpose flour
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup bread crumbs
½ cup parmesan cheese, grated
¾ teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
Heat air fryer to 390°F/ 200 °C.
Place flour, eggs, and bread crumbs in three separate bowls.
Dredge zucchini in flour, then eggs, then bread crumbs. Work in batches of 8-10 fries to make a single layer.
Cook for 5-7 minutes, until crispy.
Air fryer recipes – French fries
3 medium sized red potatoes
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 tsp paprika powder
1/4 tsp basil
salt to taste
Peel and rinse the potatoes.
Slice the potatoes in fries.
Toss the fries with the spices.
Put the fries into the air fryer basket. Fry at 390°F/ 200 °C for 25-30 minutes, stirring every 5-10 minutes.
Easy and delicious Air fryer recipes – Hasselback potatoes
Olive oil, as needed
Bacon bits, optional
Shredded cheese, optional
You can peel the potatoes or leave the skins on. If the potatoes are very large, cut them in half.
Place a potato between the 2 chopsticks. The chopsticks will prevent you from slicing the potato all the way through. Cut slits along the potatoes about 1/4-inch (5 mm) apart and about 1/4-inch (5 mm) from the bottom of the potato.
Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (100°C). Drizzle with olive oil and salt. Cook them for 15 minutes. Brush the potatoes again with oil and continue to cook for another 15 minutes or until they are cooked through. Depending on the size of potatoes, they may need additional 5 minutes of cooking.
Serve with sour cream and chives.
Air fryer recipes – Crispy fish fillets
8 fish fillets
1 tbsp olive oil
1 cup bread crumbs
½ tsp paprika
¼ tsp dried chili powder
¼ tsp ground black pepper
¼ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp onion powder
½ tsp salt
Coat the fillets with olive oil.
In a shallow dish, mix the bread crumbs with paprika, chili powder, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and salt.
Coat each fish fillet in bread crumbs, and transfer to the air fryer basket.
Cook at 390°F / 200°C for 12-15 minutes. After the first 8-10 minutes, open the air fryer and flip the fish fillets on the other side then continue cooking.
Quick Air Fryer Crispy Chicken Breast recipe
1 lb (450 g) boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 tablespoon olive oil
¼ cup bread crumbs
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon paprika
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon onion powder
1pinch of cayenne pepper, optional
Heat air fryer to 390°F / 200°C.
Slice chicken breasts in half lengthwise.
Lightly brush each side with olive oil.
Mix together the breading ingredients.
Dredge the chicken breasts in the breading until they are thoroughly coated.
Shake off excess breading, and place in the air fryer (2 chicken breast halves at a time).
Cook for 4 minutes, flip, then two more minutes. The cooking time will depend on the size and thickness of your chicken breasts, so cut one in half to see if they are done.
Juicy Air Fryer Chicken Breast Recipe
2 boneless and skinless chicken breasts
1-2 tsp olive oil or melted butter
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Cut the chicken breasts (or pound them) to a thickness of about 0.8 inches (2cm).
Brush chicken with olive oil or melted butter and season it with salt and pepper from both sides.
Put the chicken breasts in one layer in the Air Fryer basket.
Cook for 12-16 minutes depending on the size of the chicken breast at 390°F / 200°C until the thickest part has reached an internal temperature of 165 F (74 C).
Transfer to cutting board. Let sit for 2-3 minutes before cutting and serving.
Air Fryer Chicken Wings Recipe
2 pounds (900 g) chicken wings, about 20 wings
For buffalo sauce:
12 ounces (340 g) Red Hot Sauce
6 Tablespoons butter, melted
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 Tablespoon Tabasco
Spray Air Fryer basket with cooking spray.
Place chicken wings in basket and cook at 380°F / 190°C for 25 minutes, shaking the basket every 5 minutes. After 25 minutes, increase the temperature to 400°F / 210°C and cook for 5-15 minutes longer. Shake every 5 minutes. Remove when the wings are crispy.
While the wings are cooking, combine the Red Hot Sauce, butter, Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce in a large mixing bowl. Set aside.
When the wings are cooked, dump them into the mixing bowl with the sauce and toss to coat.
Air fryer recipes – Meatballs
1 lb (450 g) ground beef
1 small onion, diced
3 tbsp breadcrumbs
1 tsp parsley
1 tsp oregano
olive oil spray for cooking
Mix all the ingredients together (except the oil) in a large bowl.
Make balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment.
Preheat the air fryer to 390°F / 200°C.
Spray the air fryer basket with oil.
Cook the meatballs for 12-15 minutes.
Remove and serve.
Air fryer Steak and Wedges recipe
10 oz (280 g) Fillet steak
1 Large Potato
2 oz (50 g) mushrooms, peeled and sliced
2 tablespoons of coconut milk
3 tablespoons coconut ghee
1 teaspoon grated garlic cloves
1 tsp parsley
1 tsp. Mustard powder
1 pinch of oregano
Salt and Pepper
Optional: mustard and mayonnaise
Peel and chop the mushrooms into medium slices.
Chop the potatoes into wedges
Season the fillet steak with salt, pepper and parsley.
Brush the coconut ghee over the steak.
Place the potato wedges into the Air fryer and cook for 10 minutes at 360°F / 180°C with a tablespoon of olive oil.
In a small Air fryer safe mixing bowl add 2 tbsp of coconut ghee, the coconut milk, the garlic and the rest of the seasoning. Mix well, add the mushrooms and put aside.
Place the stake over the potatoes and cook for 8 minutes at 360°F / 180°C
Remove the steak and let it rest.
While the steak is resting, cook the mushrooms in the sauce for 5 minutes.
Remove the potatoes and the mushroom sauce from the Air fryer and serve with mustard and mayonnaise.
Roast beef in Air fryer
2 lb ( 1 kg)beef roast
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp rosemary
Preheat air fryer to 360°F (180°C).
Mix salt, rosemary and oil on a plate.
Place beef on plate and turn so that the oil-herb mix coats the outside.
Place beef in air fryer basket.
Cook for 20 minutes, turn over and cook for another 20 minutes, then turn over, and cook for another 20 minutes. Note: Cooking for 40-45 minutes will give you medium-rare beef.
Remove from the Air Fryer and rest the meat for 10 minutes with aluminum foil over the meat.
Air fryer Pull Apart Bread Recipe
1 lb (450 g) flour
2,5 oz (75 g) butter
9 fl oz (270 ml) milk
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp (5 g.) yeast
Salt and pepper
Rub the butter into the flour until the butter is well mixed in.
Warm the milk and oils in a pan until they are lukewarm. Add the yeast and the milk mixture into the bowl and mix with your hands until it makes a dough. Knead the dough for 5 minutes.
Place a damp tea towel over the bowl and let it rise until double the size.
Shape into bread buns.
Place the buns in the air fryer basket. Cook for 15 minutes at 365°F / 185°C.
Air Fryer Pork Chops recipe
4 pork chops (bone-in or boneless)
3 tbsp buttermilk
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
Salt and black pepper, to taste
cooking oil spray
Season the pork chops with salt and pepper.
Drizzle the buttermilk over the pork chops.
Place the pork chops in a Ziploc bag with the flour. Shake to fully coat.
Place the pork chops in the air fryer.
Spray the pork chops with cooking oil.
Cook the pork chops for 10 minutes at 380°F / 190°C. Flip over to the other side and cook for 5 more minutes.
Tender and juicy Air fryer pork loin
1.5 lb (680 g) pork tenderloin
1 tbsp cooking spray
2 small heads roasted garlic
salt and pepper
Lightly coat all sides of the pork tenderloin with cooking spray.
Season both sides with salt and pepper. Rub with roasted garlic.
Spray rack and tray of air fryer with cooking spray.
Cook at 400°F/ 200°C for 8-10 minutes. Flip and cook for 8-10 more minutes until internal temperature of 135°F/57°C.
Remove and let rest for 5-10 minutes
Serve with roasted vegetables.
Air fryer Molten Lava Cakes
Lava Cake Batter
3,5 oz (100g) dark chocolate couverture
1,7 oz (50g) unsalted butter
1,7 oz (50g) heavy cream
2 large eggs
2 egg yolk
1 oz (30g) Castor sugar
1,4 oz (40g) cake flour (sifted)
Coating of Ramekins
Castor Sugar or Cocoa Powder
Preheat the air fryer at 360°F / 180°C
Brush the ramekins with melted butter then coat with sugar/cocoa powder. Tap out any excess powder.
Melt the chocolate, cream and butter in a mixing bowl and heat over simmering pot of water. Remove the bowl of chocolate mixture from heat and put aside.
In a separate bowl, combine the eggs and sugar.
Combine the chocolate mixture and egg mixture together.
Add in the sifted flour until just combine. Do not overmix.
Pour the chocolate cake batter into the ramekins until ¾ full.
Bake for 6 minutes or until the tops are just set.
Run a thin knife around the ramekins to loosen the cakes.
Invert the ramekins onto 4 individual serving plates, then lift and remove the ramekins.
Spoon 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream or ice cream of your choice and top with some berries.
3 tablespoons semi-sweet chocolate chips
3 tablespoons peanut butter chips
3 tablespoons mini marshmallows
3 tablespoons graham cracker cereal
Pre-heat the air fryer to 400°F/ 200°C.
Slice into the un-peeled bananas lengthwise along the inside of the curve, but do not slice through the bottom of the peel.
Open the banana slightly to form a pocket.
Fill each pocket with chocolate chips, peanut butter chips and marshmallows. Poke the graham cracker cereal into the filling.
Place the bananas into the air fryer basket with the filling facing up.
Air-fry for 6 minutes or until the banana is soft to the touch.
