Nowadays, we all have micellar water at home that we use every day to remove our makeup and clean our face. The micellar water will become your best friend, when it comes to removing waterproof mascara. All you are going to need is a little bit of it and two makeup pads, or q-tips to remove it successfully.
- Grab your micellar water and put some on your makeup pads or q-tips.
- If you are using q-tips, start rubbing your eyelashes very very gently. If you are using makeup pads, use the same method as we described above with the oils.
- If you notice that there is any excess mascara, you can wash your face with warm water.
Cold Cream for Waterproof Mascara
Unlike the regular creams, cold cream is an emulsion of small amounts of water in a greater amount of oil. The term “cold cream” refers to the numbing sensation the cream left behind on the skin. Because of the big amounts of oil, cold cream is great to remove any kind of makeup, but especially waterproof mascara. All you need is to rub a little bit onto your eyelashes and massage gently. You are going to see how the mascara will dissolve slowly. Then you have to wash your face with water to remove it. You can do your regular skincare routine afterwards.

We know that petroleum jelly has many benefits, especially on cold days when our lips are chapped, our skin is dry, or our nails are dehydrated.
