Ingredients:

  • 10 oz./280g goat cheese
  • 6 oz./170g cream cheese
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 3 tablespoons honey, plus extra for garnish
  • 1 ½ cups candied pecans, chopped and divided
  • 1 cup diced dried cranberries
  • ½ cup minced fresh parsley

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, beat goat cheese, cream cheese, cinnamon and honey until light and fluffy.
  2. Add ½ cup chopped pecan, folding to combine. Set aside.

  • 6 oz/170 g cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons cheddar cheese, grated

  • 2 packages (8 oz/220g each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 package (10 to 11 oz/280-300g) goat cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

  • 8 ounces/220g cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • half a package dry ranch mix
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked and finely chopped
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped fresh chives
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped pecans

Directions:

  1. Mix together cream cheese, cheddar, and ranch mix. Form into 16 small balls and refrigerate until firm, about 1 hour.
  2. In a small bowl or on a plate, stir together cooked bacon, chives, and pecans.
  3. Roll balls in bacon-chive-pecan mixture.
