This Barbie pink gin summer cocktail is the personification of the classic Barbie doll – sophisticated & playful, and of course, pink! Here’s how to make it:

Ingredients:

• 1 ounce/ 30 gr rose gin
• 3 ounces/ 87 gr cranberry juice
• ½ ounce/ 15 gr elderflower liqueur
• ½ ounce/ 14 gr lemon juice, freshly squeezed
• Sparkling wine, to top

To garnish:

• Lemon slice
• Edible pink or purple flowers

How to make it? 

Take a cocktail shaker and fill it with ice. Add the rose gin, elderflower liqueur, cranberry and lemon juice. Shake well to combine for about 10 sec. In a tall glass filled with large ice cubes, pour in the drink. Top it with sparkling wine. Garnish with the lemon slice and edible flowers. Voilà!
