Strawberry Cocktail: Frozen Strawberry Daiquiri Recipe
What would be the perfect accompaniment to a piece of strawberry shortcake? A delicious summer drink, of course! Super refreshing, full of flavor and quick to make – this Strawberry Daiquiri tastes like a holiday and is probably the best known and most popular strawberry cocktail with rum.
Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 grams of strawberries, frozen
- 170 grams of fresh strawberries
- 140 ml sugar syrup
- 115 ml white rum
- The juice of 1 lime
Instructions:
- If you want to make the sugar syrup yourself, mix water and sugar in a ratio of 1:1 1/2 (e.g. 300 ml of water with 450 grams of sugar). Bring the mixture to the boil, reduce the heat and simmer, stirring constantly, for 4-5 minutes until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- For the Strawberry Daiquiri, put all the ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
- Pour the strawberry cocktail into glasses and garnish with strawberries and lime slices, if you like.
Baileys Strawberry Milkshake
Enjoy a different kind of strawberry milkshake! Super creamy, aromatic and irresistibly delicious – this Baileys Strawberry Cocktail is literally a dessert in a glass!
Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 4 scoops of vanilla ice cream, about 150 grams
- 90ml Bailey’s Strawberries
- 60 ml strawberry flavored vodka
- 90 grams of strawberries, frozen for at least 2 hours
- whipped cream
- Strawberry syrup and fresh strawberries for garnish
Directions:
- Place vanilla ice cream, Baileys, vodka and frozen strawberries in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into glasses and garnish with whipped cream, strawberry syrup and fresh strawberries.

Aperol Spritz with strawberries
Aperol Spritz is undoubtedly one of the most popular summer cocktails. The classic tastes good, but a little variety wouldn’t hurt either, right? How about a strawberry and aperol cocktail? Slightly sour, fruity and really tasty – a real dream.
Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 150 grams of fresh strawberries
- 60 ml aperol
- 180ml Prosecco
- 180 ml soda water
- 10 grams of sugar
- Some fresh basil leaves
- Orange slices and strawberries for garnish
Directions:
- Place basil leaves in a cocktail shaker and mash lightly.
- Add the strawberries and sugar and mash gently.
- Fill cocktail glasses with ice and add the strawberry mixture.
- Now add the Aperol and then fill up with Prosecco and soda water.
- Garnish with strawberries and orange slices and your Aperol Spritz with strawberries is ready.
Strawberry mojito recipe
What would summer be without a refreshing mojito? Add some fresh strawberries and the summer cocktail tastes so much better!
Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 220 grams of fresh strawberries
- 60 ml lime juice, freshly squeezed
- 60 grams of sugar
- 400-450 ml soda water
- 230 ml white rum
- 80-100 grams of mint leaves
Directions:
- Place the strawberries, lime juice, sugar and mint leaves in a bowl and mash well.
- Fill 4 glasses with ice and the strawberry mixture.
- Top up with rum and soda and garnish with mint leaves and strawberry slices, if you like.
Strawberry cocktail with whiskey
As you will discover from the very first sip, whiskey and strawberries are a perfect match!
Ingredients for 3-4 servings:
- 230 grams of strawberries
- 10 grams of sugar
- The juice and zest of 1 lime
- 30 ml sugar syrup
- 85 grams of whiskey
Preparation:
- First mix the strawberries, sugar, lime zest and juice in a bowl and let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes.
- Mash the strawberries with a potato masher or fork and mix well.
- Add whiskey, strawberry puree, simple syrup and some ice cubes in a cocktail shaker and shake well.
- Strain into chilled whiskey glasses, garnish with fresh berries and your fruity whiskey sour with strawberries is ready.

Ingredients for 6-7 servings:
- 450 grams of fresh strawberries
- 350 ml gin
- 450 ml tonic
- 20 grams of sugar
- 60 ml freshly squeezed lime juice
Preparation:
- In a large jug, lightly mash 400 grams of strawberries with the sugar and lime juice.
- Stir in the gin and tonic and fill the pitcher with ice cubes.
- Add the remaining strawberries and your pink gin with strawberries is ready!
Non-alcoholic strawberry cocktail

- 40 grams of honey or maple syrup
- 470 ml soda water
- The juice and zest of 1 lemon
- Fresh basil leaves
Preparation:
- Combine strawberries, honey, basil leaves, lemon zest and juice in a pitcher and mash lightly. For a smoother consistency, you can puree the mixture in a blender.
- Pour into tall glasses and top up with soda water and ice cubes.
