Frozen strawberry daiquiri recipe
400g hulled strawberries, frozen for at least 4 hours, plus 4 fresh strawberry slices, to garnish
2 tsp caster sugar
2 limes, juiced
175 ml white rum
100 ml lemonade
In a blender, blitz all the ingredients with 4 ice cubes for a few seconds, reserving the strawberry slices.
Divide the liquid between 4 large, chilled martini glasses. Garnish the rim of each glass with a strawberry slice.
Frozen Mango Margarita
4 cups frozen mango chunks
1 cup ice cubes
1 ½ cups fresh orange juice
4 limes, juiced
2 tablespoons agave nectar, plus more for the rim of the glass
1 tablespoon honey
¼ cup fresh mint
Place the frozen mango, ice cubes, orange juice, lime juice, agave nectar, and honey into a large blender. Blend until smooth and no chunks remain.
To coat the rim of the glass. Add chili lime seasoning to a plate and the extra agave nectar to a shallow bowl. Dip the rim of each margarita glass into the agave nectar then the chili-lime seasoning.
Pour the mango margarita into the glass and garnish with a lime wedge and sprig of mint.
Frozen Gin Fizz Recipe
350 ml traditional lemonade
100 ml gin
2 tsp. caster sugar
Juice of 1/2 lemon, plus slices to garnish
Pour lemonade into a medium baking tray and freeze for at least 6hr, or overnight.
Break frozen lemonade into clumps, place in a blender with gin and sugar and whizz to a slushy consistency.
Divide between 2 glasses and garnish each with a lemon slice.
Frozen gin and tonic recipe
¼ cup cucumber, about 5 slices that are cut 1/2″ thick.
4 oz gin
2 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
4 oz tonic water
2 oz simple syrup
2 ½ cups ice
Squeeze the limes for the juice and slice about five 1/2″ thick pieces of cucumber.
Add all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth!
Frozen Negroni Recipe
12 ounces orange juice
4 ounces Campari
4 ounces gin
4 ounces sweet vermouth
4 cups ice
Orange twists, for garnish
In a blender, combine all the ingredients, except for the orange peels, and blend until smooth.
Divide between glasses and garnish each with an orange twist.
Frozen Peach Bellini Recipe
2 cups frozen peach slices
½ cup peach vodka
¼ cup grenadine
Champagne or Prosecco
Fresh peach slices for garnish
Fresh mint for garnish
Combine peach slices and peach vodka in a blender and pulse until smooth.
Pour the peach mixture into 2 champagne flutes until half full. Drizzle in grenadine, then fill glasses to the top with champagne or prosecco.
Serve immediately, garnished with peach slices and mint.
Frozen pina colada cocktail
4 scoops coconut ice cream
2 oz light rum
1 oz coconut flavor vodka
½ cup pineapple juice
1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
½ Tablespoon agave syrup
maraschino cherries, to garnish
pineapple wedges, to garnish
In a blender, combine coconut ice cream, light rum, coconut vodka, pineapple juice, frozen pineapple chunks, and agave syrup.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into serving glasses.
Garnish with maraschino cherry and pineapple wedge.
Chi-Chi Frozen Cocktail
1/2 cup ice
2 ounces vodka
1/2 ounce blue curaçao
1/2 ounce coconut cream
1/2 cup fresh pineapple cubes
1 scoop vanilla ice cream
Pineapple wedges for garnish
Combine all of the ingredients in a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into a chilled glass.
Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
Frozen Cosmopolitan Recipe
2 oz vodka
¾ oz. triple sec
2 oz cranberry juice
10ml lime juice
1 cup ice
Lime wedges for garnish
Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend everything until it forms a slushy consistency.
Garnish with a lime wedge.
Aperol Spritz slushie
600ml chilled prosecco
200ml chilled soda water
Bay leaves, to serve
Place orange in a saucepan and cover with cold water, placing a small heatproof saucer over orange to keep it submerged. Bring to the boil over medium heat and cook for 1 hour 30 minutes or until very soft.
Cool completely, then transfer to a blender and whiz until smooth. Pass through a fine sieve into a bowl. Line glasses with orange puree.
Fill blender with ice, add Aperol and blend until smooth and slushie-like.
Spoon into glasses.
Top with prosecco and soda.
Frozen Screwdriver Recipe
3 oz. (90ml) Vodka
Orange Wheel for garnish
Freeze orange juice into ice cubes. Once solid add to blender with vodka.
Combine until smooth and pour into glass before garnishing with an orange wheel.
Frozen Tequila Sunrise
3 cups ice
1 cup orange juice
2 oz. tequila
2 Tbsp. grenadine syrup
Orange slices for garnish
Maraschino cherries for garnish
Add ice, orange juice and tequila to a blender.
Pulse a bit and then blend until smooth.
Pour mixture into two tall glasses.
Carefully pour 1 tablespoon of grenadine down the inside of the glass and it will sink to the bottom. Do not stir.
Garnish with orange slices and a maraschino cherry.
Frozen watermelon daiquiri
4 cups frozen seedless watermelon cubes
1/2 cup light rum
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1/4 cup orange juice
1 to 2 tablespoons simple syrup
Mix frozen watermelon cubes, rum, lime juice, orange juice, and simple syrup in a blender until smooth.
Serve immediately, garnished with a wedge of lime.
