This flavourful fizz has all the romance of Valentine’s Day packed into one glass. Start by combining 1 oz/ 38 g raspberry vodka, 1/2 oz/ 14.4 g pomegranate juice and 2 oz/76 g cranberry juice in a shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously for about 30 seconds before straining it into a chilled champagne flute. Fill up the rest of the glass with bubbly Champagne and garnish with raspberries or pomegranate seeds for extra flair!

Valentine’s Day Cherry Blossom Martini

If you’re looking for an elegant twist on a classic Martini, this beautiful pink drink will be sure to impress even your most sophisticated friends for your get-together this February the 14th. Muddle 4 cherries in a shaker filled halfway full of ice, then add 1 oz /38 g gin, ½ oz/ 14.4 dry vermouth, ¼ tsp. orange flower water and ¼ tsp. Maraschino liqueur (optional). Shake for 30 seconds before straining it into an icy cold Martini glass rimmed with sugar crystals—voilà!

Not everyone likes tequila, but this Margarita is so sweet that even non-tequila drinkers won’t be able to resist! Combine 1 ½ oz/43 g reposado tequila, 1 ½ oz/ 43 g Cointreau liqueur and 3 tbsp. freshly squeezed lime juice in a shaker filled halfway full of ice. Shake vigorously until chilled before pouring over fresh rocks (or crushed ones if preferred). Garnish with two slices each lime and grapefruit wedges or other fruit of choice-delectable!

Everyone loves chocolate, but when mixed together quickly enough, it can create some truly unique flavours that you’ll never forget after one sip! Mix together equal parts crème de cacao dark liqueur & vanilla vodka in a shaker filled halfway full of ice. Shake vigorously, then pour over rocks (crushed ones if preferred). Rim your Martini glasses in either white sugar or cocoa powder. Enjoy this decadent delight at your romantic evening!

The combination between the tartness from lemons & sweetness from vanilla make this sour cocktail recipe stand out from other drinks on Valentine’s Day. In order, mix everything except for the whiskey, which goes last into the cocktail shaker. Fill up halfway through with ice & shake really good for about 10 secs. Strain content into a double old fashion glass on the rocks and add the bourbon as a final touch. Enjoy !!

A refreshing summery spinoff, this daiquiri cocktail is perfect for Cupid’s Day! Start by muddling 6 pieces of fresh passion fruit into the shaker. Then add 5 Mint leave, followed by 2 oz/ 76 g of dark rum, juice from half a lime and half tsp. of simple syrup. Fill up the shaker with ice to top, then cover it with the lid. Shake everything for about 15 secs, then strain content into a double old-fashioned glass or coupe. Garnish with a slice of passion fruit or flower. Delightful!

White Lady Martini Cocktail

This citrusy-and light flavour combo makes the White Lady Martini an excellent choice for any Valentine’s Day party. In a cocktail shaker, add 50ml of gin, 25ml of cointreau and 25ml of lemon juice. Fill up halfway with crushed ice. Shake vigorously for 18 secs and then strain content into a chilled Martini glass. Garnish with a slice of lemon and serve.
