Ingredients
- one small, chopped onion
- 1/2 cup of chopped mushrooms
- 2 zucchini
- 3/4 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup of chopped red pepper
- a tablespoon or two of ketchup
- a cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- spices – salt and pepper

First Step
Trim the ends of zucchini and then cut each of them in half. Scoop and chop the pulp.
