- 300 g. vanilla ice cream
- 300 g. chopped dark chocolate
- 50 g. coconut oil
- 50 g. honeycomb and a tablespoon of vegetable oil

Leave the ice creams to soften a bit at room temperature. Leave about 250 g. of dark chocolate and some coconut oil in a heatproof bowl over a pan of simmering water. Stir until it melts, and then leave it to cool.
