However, nothing can compare to these delicious flavors in the stuffings, that is hiding between these buns. To be honest with you, I have recently tried making this recipe with ground chicken. Let me tell you that it is as delicious as the original one! Let’s see the ingredients that you will need.

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound (450 g) ground chicken
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • a tablespoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • a teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 can of tomato sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/3 cup (80 ml) ketchup
  • salt to taste

Preparation:

  1. First, cook the ground chicken in a pan on the stove on a medium heat. Add some salt. The meat should be fully cooked.
  2. Then start making the sauce. In a bowl, combine all the spices with the Worcestershire, ketchup and mustard. Add some salt to taste and mix very well.
  3. While the meat is still hot, put in into the bowl with the sauce and mix again. All the meat should be covered in the sauce.

Ingredients for 1 bowl:

  • 1 pound (450 g) minced chicken
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • a teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt to taste

  • 3/4 cup (100 g) bread crumbs or Panko
