  • 1 sliced baguette
  • 10 thin slices of smoked salmon
  • 7 oz/200 g cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • ½ tbsp. lemon zest
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper powder to taste
  • rosemary sprigs


  1. Heat a pan and put olive oil in it.
  2. Toast the baguettes on both sides until golden brown.
  3. Arrange them on a flat surface.
  4. In a bowl, combine cream cheese with lemon zest, salt and black pepper powder.
  5. Spread the mixture over the baguettes.
  6. Put a slice of smoked salmon on top of the cream mixture.
  7. Garnish with a few rosemary sprigs. (optional)

  • 10-12 whole mushrooms
  • 6 smoked bacon slices
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) yellow cheese
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • chopped parsley


  1. Wash the mushrooms and remove the stems.
  2. With a small spoon, scoop out some of the inside. Put а little olive oil in each mushroom and bake them at 200 °C (392 °F) for ten minutes.
  3. Take them out of the oven and carefully fill them with finely chopped bacon. Cover each stuffed mushroom with grated yellow cheese and sprinkle with parsley.
  4. Return the mushrooms to the oven for 10-15 more minutes until the yellow cheese is baked golden brown!

Easy hummus appetizer


Serve a nutritious homemade snack that is rich in protein and fiber. We’ve prepared a simple hummus recipe for you to follow and enjoy with your loved ones! It is up to you to decide what to serve the hummus with (crackers, bread, tortilla chips or veggies). Whatever you choose, it’s sure to be delicious!


  • 1 can chickpeas
  • 2 tbsp. sesame tahini
  • 3 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 tsp. red pepper powder
  • salt
  • black pepper powder

  1. In a blender, put the drained chickpeas, sesame tahini, lemon juice, 1 clove of garlic and the spices to taste.
  2. If the mixture is too dry, you can add a little yogurt.
  3. Spread the hummus in a thin layer on a serving plate, drizzle with olive oil and finely chopped parsley.
  4. Your hummus is ready!

Spinach and Tomato Pinwheels


If your friends and family love puff pastry, it is definitely worth trying this spinach and tomato pinwheels recipe! It’s easy to make, and we promise that all of you will love it!


  • 1 sheet of puff pastry
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 5 oz/140 g fresh spinach leaves
  • garlic powder
  • salt
  • black pepper powder


  1. Unroll your puff pastry sheet on an even surface.
  2. Chop the tomatoes and in a bowl, mix them with the fresh spinach leaves and the spices to your taste.
  3. Evenly cover the sheet with the mixture, leaving an inch border on each side.
  4. Carefully roll the sheet, then cut into equal slices.
  5. Put the slices onto baking paper. Bake them for 25 minutes at 180° C (356° F).

Cocktail Meatballs

  • ½ pound ground beef
  • ½ pound ground pork
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp water
  • ½ cup (120 ml) bread crumbs
  • 3 tbsp. minced onion

  • chopped parsley


  1. In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients.
  2. Wet your hands and then form small meatballs. Place them onto baking paper.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 175° C (350° F) for 20-25 minutes.
