Fantasy is the thing that unites us all. Whether we imagine a dream party, a dream vacation or a dream home – it is always connected with giving freedom to our imagination and picturing our cravings. Looking at the stunning renderings of Xalima Island House we do see poetry – a project that unites awesome landscape with modern architecture in a perfect symbiosis. Located between the mountain and the sea and elegantly floating in the water, this luxury residence unites stone, glass, steel and wood in a most aesthetic way and provides the opportunity to enjoy both nature and the horizon.
Xalima Island House by Martin Ferrero Architecture is a family fantasy home, designed on a cliff and offering a view at the sea shore on one hand and evergreen forests on the other. Water is an essential part of the project and adds to the mysterious beauty of this luxury residence. The pools enhance its presence elegantly and are a highlight of the building. The huge floor to ceiling windows offer stunning views of the sea and yet the privacy of the occupants is protected as the project is designed on a secluded island. The interiors are designed in such a way so that the environment is a part of them. The neutral color shades of the furniture and decoration are harmonized with the surrounding nature. In addition to traditional rooms, the house has a music room with a grand piano, a billiard room, gym bowling, fireplace room, where the fireplace is made in the shape of a bowl with open fire.
